Hassle free returns for orders under $49.00!

  • That’s right – all orders under $49.00 can be returned for a full refund, including the cost of outgoing shipping! All we ask is that you contact us ahead of time for the return authorization number.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All items must be in resalable condition to qualify for refund.


Orders $49.00 and over are not eligible for returns.

  • In extenuating circumstances and at our discretion Quadro reserves the right to grant a return.
  • Any authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Orders…

  • Quadro Frames will replace or refund any incorrect item as well as applicable shipping charges if we made the error packing or shipping your order.
  • Custom cut orders that were incorrectly ordered by the customer are not eligible for returns or refund. Custom cuts are any product that is cut to dimensions outside those which we normally stock.  Please see our dimension grid for stocked sizes.  Custom cuts can include profile frames, clip frames and glass, plastic or backing panels. Please be sure to check for accuracy before placing any custom cut orders.

Damages (excluding glass)…

  • Quadro Frames will offer a refund or replacement on any item that was damaged in shipment as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Please keep the original box and all packaging materials for a period of 14 days in case the carrier needs to inspect the package(s) and/or if the items need to be returned.

Damaged Glass…

  • Glass damages are offered a full refund or replacement panels in either clear or anti glare plastic shipped free of charge.
  • If requested, Quadro will offer replacement glass however we reserve the right to limit the number of re-delivery attempts with glass and all replacement shipping charges for glass are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend sourcing glass locally if there are any questions to the sustainability of our product reaching you safely.
